Multi Concept Restaurant Reconfiguration
Major refurbishment of Fine Dining Hospitality venue in Knightsbridge, including reconfiguration of 2 restaurants, late night bar and café with terraces on ground floor and rooftop. The property is grade II listed and saw an approval process with the Landlord (Grosvenor) and local authority (Westminster), which saw a change of use and listed building consent application.
Working alongside a full design team, the scheme saw the transformation of a retail space into a new French Restaurant, the relocation of Japanese Restaurant to the upper floors with a rooftop terrace and introduction of a Latin Lounge Bar in the basement. Relocation of the existing café operator to the ground floor also opened up the rear courtyard and created additional outside seating.
New structural openings were created for a void viewing platform and spiral staircase to create a connection between floors in the new French restaurant. Bespoke customer facing wine cellars have also been developed to house the operators vast selection of wines. A state of the art sound system has also been integrated into the design to create a high end audio experience for dinners. The kitchen and bars have seen an upgrade and all the concepts have received detailed interior design attention to elevate the building. The project is currently ending the pre-contract stage and is set to be something really special!
